Fun was had by all at this summer’s Pride events.Ìý91±¬ÁÏ SchoolsÌýparticipated in the Vancouver Pride ParadeÌýon the August long weekend. Annually, staff, students, and families are invited to participate by either walking with the 91±¬ÁÏ School DistrictÌýfloat or cheering us along the parade route. Many smiling faces joined in the fun again this year, along with trustees and our superintendent.
The second annual 91±¬ÁÏ Pride Street Party happened on August 10ÌýandÌý91±¬ÁÏ SchoolsÌýwas there. The event included community partners, local artists and performers, and an “epic” street party.
